Overall, the ride was smooth, the seat comfortable enough. That’s on the positive side. However, there were also unpleasant moments. To begin with, when handing over my luggage to a staff member in Minsk, I had to lift it quite high to get it loaded which caused me lower back pain. You should make it easy and comfortable for passengers. Another thing was the nonfunctional toilet. This is a major drawback. The trip lasted almost four hours before the first stop.

The bus was quite good. But the drivers refused to help the passengers with the baggage. There were a lot of women who couldn’t lift their bags to put them into the baggage department but the driver was just watching them struggle. Thank God one of the passengers volunteered to help and was loading and unloading the bags of the other passengers.
If you charge 65 euros for a ticket you should provide decent servise.
