Due to restrictions on the border between the Russian Federation and Belarus, travel is permitted only for citizens of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. Minors (under 18 years of age) may travel abroad, including to the Russian Federation, only with a passport. Effective January 20, 2026, when crossing the border with the Russian Federation into Belarus, Abkhazia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and South Ossetia (and from these countries into the Russian Federation), children under 14 who are Russian citizens must have a passport issued in their name. Luggage
One piece of baggage up to 20 kg is included in the ticket price. Small pets up to 6 kg are permitted in bags (carriers) with a waterproof, absorbent bottom. Pets must also have a tag and a registration certificate with a veterinarian's stamp confirming rabies vaccination, and, in certain cases, a veterinary certificate or veterinary certificate. The fee for each pet is 50% of the ticket price.
