Entry into the Republic of Latvia and Poland is temporarily prohibited for foreign citizens, except for citizens of the Republic of Belarus, citizens of countries residing in the European Union, citizens holding residence permits in Schengen countries, and citizens of Ukraine. Ukrainian citizens may enter Belarus from Poland with a Ukrainian passport and a Belarusian residence permit. Citizens of Moldova, Israel, Canada, Georgia, and Colombia will be denied entry from Belarus to Poland. There is no time allowed for visiting duty-free stores or for customs clearance of goods or money. Passengers requiring customs clearance of goods or money are prohibited from boarding. Please note! A declaration must be completed no later than 48 hours before entering Latvia.
