For the second time for me, it was a newer bus. Unfortunately, the seat map on Infobus still shows the older bus and it's the second time I got a window seat instead of the aisle seat I booked. Otherwise the trip went ok, with the usual delays at the border. Internet WiFi stopped working about mid-way.

I want to get my money back please

3.11.2025 Brest-Warsaw ticket bought 105 BYN (Minsktrans)...The bus took us 4km away from Brest busstation...then the driver set us to walk the remaining 2 km to the border because the road was filled with empty parked busses ( he could've easily to pass them by)...we were left to find our own transport from the border with extra cost even if there were a Minsktrans bus empty...the bus driver mafia was asking 50€/60$ to Warsaw (the previous paid ticket is not valid for them)...of course no ticket provided or 100BYN to Terespol...cause that's the only way to cross the border that's your only option....i practically paid 30€ for what would be a 45 min walk....please stop selling international tickets if you're not capable to transport people over the border....very disappointing service and disappointing sounds too good for that service...the actual time for that border crossing was 21 hours which i don't know why because there wasn't many cars ( of course that's beyond the services what infobus.by deliveres)...fellow travellers just buy bus ticket to Brest and take Yantexgo from there to the border around 10-15 BYN ...

Drivers were wonderful, but autobus was so-so:)

Grazie ad autisti competenti e professionali abbiamo superato una grande difficoltà. La chiusura senza preavviso della dogana lituana. Molte ore fermi, ma grazie agli autisti e certamente a minsktrans, compagnia autobus bielorussa, noi occidentali siamo passati in tempo per prendere aereo a Vilnius. Mi dispiace moltissimo per gli amici bielorussi fatti scendere e tornati indietro.

Good bus and good driver, but no WiFi at all :-(

The bus was modern with internet and a charging point for each passenger, a friendly driver, overall a good and pleasant trip.
