Smooth and reliable trip from Minsk to Vilnius Airport

I traveled yesterday on the 11:00 AM departure from Minsk to Vilnius Airport with Minsktrans / Infobus, arriving around 3:50 PM. Overall, it was a very smooth and pleasant journey, arriving almost right on schedule despite border processing times.

The bus itself was in good condition,. A special thanks to the driver, who was extremely helpful, polite, and attentive throughout the entire trip. Although he only speaks Russian and Belarusian, communication was never an issue—he proactively asked a Russian-speaking passenger who was next to me to assist me . That extra effort made a big difference and made me feel well taken care of as an international traveler.

I really appreciate the professionalism of the staff and the punctual service. I would definitely recommend taking this bus line for anyone traveling between Minsk and Vilnius Airport. A special thanks for both the bus driver and thanks for a great ride!

The ride was pretty fast and smooth but the driver was very rude! When i had to stop at the border control, he told me to take my luggage out of the vehicle because the other passengers were waiting on the bus. I told him that i paid for the bus to take me to Minsk and not to the border, i also don't have any control over how much time i spend at the border. He did not offer any help but the people that were infront of me on the line allowed me go inside next and i was able to continue the journey after that. This is not my first time traveling with this company but it is the first time that a driver will threaten me to take my things out of the bus because i am causing a delay.

Поездка была довольно быстрой и комфортной, но водитель был очень груб! Когда мне пришлось остановиться на пограничном контроле, он сказал мне вынуть багаж из автобуса, потому что другие пассажиры ждали в автобусе. Я объяснила ему, что заплатила за автобус до Минска, а не до границы, и что я не могу контролировать время, проведенное на границе. Он не предложил никакой помощи, но люди, которые стояли передо мной в очереди, пропустили меня внутрь, и после этого я смогла продолжить поездку. Это не первая моя поездка с этой компанией, но первый раз водитель угрожает мне, требуя вынуть мои вещи из автобуса, потому что я создаю задержку.
